So...this is our dearest darlingest Katie McGrath, who's playing Morgana in our all-time-favourite BBC series "Merlin" 
I tried to use charcoal to do this; I was thinking of using my pretty pencils at first, but then I changed my mind, despite the fact that I can't use charcoal very well yet :/ I can't say if I regret it...
It doesn't really look like the original picture, but I hope it does look like Katie XD; In anyways, hope you enjoy it, both Merlin and non-Merlin fans alike.
